Copyright of all content displayed on this website and the millinery designs reside with Rebecca Share Millinery, unless otherwise specified. Partial or full reproduction and distribution of any material of this website are prohibited without our written permission.
Styles that are listed as "One-off" designs refers to a style in a particular colour. 'One-off' styles will only be produced in one particular colour for the season it was first released, for subsequent seasons thereafter. Rebecca Share reserves the right to reproduce the exact same style and colour/s for clients or the Ready-to-wear collections.
Group Workshops and 1:1 Studio Masterclasses
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations. In the event that you are unable to attend a workshop or Masterclass that you have booked into, you will be provided with a credit to the same value to attend a workshop or Masterclass within 12 months of date of issue. For cancellations made within 2 weeks of the workshop commencing a 50% credit will be provided.
Scope of work: 1:1 zoom lessons with Rebecca Share are scheduled within the hours of 7am - 7pm AEST Monday to Friday (a time will be determined between Rebecca Share and the purchaser that suits both parties after booking is made).
Outside of scope: The cost of tools, materials or production costs suggested in the mentoring session with Rebecca Share.
Client participation requirement: Attend all scheduled zoom lessons, failure to attend a lesson will result in the lesson being forfeited. Work on the techniques, skills, plans and activities we discuss to ensure they are rolled out.
Millinery Mentoring lessons must be scheduled to start within 1 month of purchase (Rebecca Share will contact you upon purchase to arrange the start date/time) and are not valid for a refund should you change your mind or are unable to participate in any of the Mentoring lessons.
Rebeca Share retains all intellectual property rights in the copyright design, content and techniques contained in the Millinery courses and Mentoring lessons. You must not attempt to copy, mirror, reproduce, translate, adapt, vary, modify, sell, decipher, decompile, download or otherwise commercialise the Millinery Courses or Mentoring lessons.
Bali Millinery Retreat 27 May - 1 June 2024
This retreat is organized and hosted by Rebecca Share and Brett Larkins
Attendance at this retreat and involvement in any and all retreat activities are at your own risk. It is your responsibility to arrange travel insurance which is highly recommended, valid travel insurance documentation proof is required to attend the retreat.
All dietary requirements can be catered for but it is your responsibility to advise us of any such requirements no later than 28 days before the event.
No pets or children are allowed on site.
Non-participating guests are not permitted on site.
Any valuables brought onto the site are your responsibility.
No alcohol may be brought onto the site.
You will comply with any Indonesian government-issued COVID guidelines.
Your place is only reserved on payment of a $250 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Bookings are on a first come first served basis.
Registration is non-transferable and resale of places is not permitted.
After the $250 deposit has been paid to secure your place, the second payment of $1360 is due by January 31, 2024, and the balance $1360 is payable by February 29, 2024.
An invoice for the amount due will be issued by the Organizer to you to the email address used to register. Failure to pay the invoice for the balance in full within 7 days will result in you forfeiting your place. In such a case there will be no refunds on payments made up to that point.
Any cancellations prior to 1 February 2024 - $250 non-refundable deposit
- Cancellation in writing from 1 February 2024 - 1 March 2024 - 50% refund of the total retreat price.
- No refunds for any cancellations after 1 March 2024
- The Organizers cannot be held liable for situations beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of war, acts of God, threats or acts of terrorism, civil unrest or unforeseen personal circumstances. In the case of cancellation by the organizers under such circumstances other than a government-enforced national lockdown at the time of the retreat, no refunds will be payable and no compensation is payable for any individual travel arrangements you have made. In the case of Indonesian national lockdown coinciding with the dates of the retreat, you will be offered the choice to transfer to the rescheduled retreat. No refunds will be given in case of you testing positive for COVID, or any other COVID-related circumstances preventing you from traveling to and attending the retreat. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate insurance to cover this eventuality.
Use Of Rebecca Share Millinery Intellectual Property
The retreat’s teaching material contains intellectual property owned by Rebecca Share, including copyrights, proprietary information, trademarks, and other intellectual property. Rebecca Share reserve all rights in this intellectual property. While you may blog about, or otherwise share via social media, your general experience regarding the retreat, you may not publish, redistribute, copy, synopsize, or otherwise convey to others any content from the retreat (including the suppliers we visit) for any purpose whatsoever. All teaching material is exclusively the property of Rebecca Share and is strictly protected by intellectual property/copyright law.
You acknowledge that participation in the retreat carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries or property loss. You agree to waive, release, and discharge the Organizers, Rebecca Share and Brett Larkins from any and all liability for death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft or actions of any kind.
In the case of emergency, natural disaster or cancellation by the venue for any reason, the Organizers reserve the right to change the venue without notice at any time.
The Organizers reserve the right to change the schedule without notice at any time.
- Cost excludes airfares, travel insurance, meals other than advised in the itinerary, Alcohol, supplies purchased on shopping trips, tips at your own discretion and VOA (Visa on Arrival) and any other required fees to enter Indonesia.
Purchase Agreement: No agreement is formed with a customer until an order for Products has been accepted and processed (including all funds being received), and an order confirmation has been sent. In an event that Products are unavailable or unable to be made, we will contact you to arrange an agreeable alternative or organise a full refund.
Custom Millinery Design bookings and orders: Custom Millinery design services generally have a 2-6 week wait-to-wear period (not including shipping time). Bookings are made through the website. During peak periods, we may be fully booked months in advance, please secure your booking early to avoid disappointment.

All custom bookings require $250 deposit to secure your place (consisting of one 30 minute initial design consultation via email, phone or zoom and to secure your custom order date).
After purchasing your custom design booking, Rebecca will contact you via email to arrange the initial consultation date and time to discuss your bespoke piece and finalise any additional fees.
Once the design has been finalised, any additional payment is required prior to starting your custom millinery design.
When your piece has been completed, you will receive images so you can view the final design.
Your custom design will then be shipped to you via Australia Post with a tracking number.
Rebecca Share Millinery reserves the right to all images and videos undertaken to create custom designs and has the right to share images and videos of the design and process to the website or social media at any stage during the design process.
Rebecca Share Millinery reserves the right to reproduce custom, one-off designs.
Some countries have duty fees and other taxes. Please note that Rebecca Share Millinery takes no responsibility if:
- you exceed the amount you are allowed to import into the destination country
- you need to pay any fees to allow your order to leave customs
- the order is retained for inspection by customs (with consequent delays in the delivery).
- the order is delayed due to shipping delays
