Standard shipping or Express shipping is available and the prices vary depending on your location. Please contact us for an accurate cost for Express Shipping to your location. We use *Australia Post for our deliveries.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide the correct information including delivery address. A shipping box will be used for larger Millinery items instead of a traditional hat box. Rebecca Share Millinery accepts no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage sustained during shipping or for any Shipping Delays.
International – It is the purchaser’s responsibility to pay any customs duties, tax, general sales tax, value added tax or import tariffs that may be assessed as required by the customs authorities of the importing country.
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure the highest level of quality. Please inspect your items when you receive them as we do not accept returns unless your item is deemed faulty, have been incorrectly described or are different to the items you have ordered.
Returns will not be accepted on any item damaged by you, altered item or if you simply change your mind. Returned items must be unused in their original condition with the tag still attached, original packaging and original receipt. If an item is defective or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item, any enquiries after this date will not be accepted.
It is the customers responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item and we strongly recommend the item be sent back via registered post or courier as we take no responsibility for the loss of returned items in transit.
We do not accept returns on or provide exchanges on sale items. We are unable to credit original shipping costs.
